How it Works

Moments of Connection cards help turn everyday interactions into a visible chain of human connection. Each card must be activated before it is shared, allowing every moment to be tracked, celebrated, and carried forward.

Once a card is passed on, the recipient can mark the moment online to see how the chain began and choose to continue it themselves.

1. Order & Activate

Order a free set of 5 Moments of Connection cards and activate them online. Activation is required before cards can be shared.

2. Share

Carry your cards with you and give one to someone when you experience a meaningful moment of connection, big or small.

3. Mark the Moment

Scan the QR code or enter the 6-digit code on the card. Share how the moment made you feel and see where the connection started.

4. Keep it Going

Order your own free Moments of Connection cards to continue the chain and pass connection forward.
